Come join me for an incredible sound bowl and energy session right by the pool, or feel free to bring a raft and get in the pool. I have 6 rafts for the first 6 peeps wanting to be in the pool and 10 thick yoga mats for the first 10 peeps wanting to lay around the pool. We will be having light health snacks and refreshments and socializing if you choose to.  Bring a suit if you feel like a late night swim...especially if mother nature decides to make us sweat!!!
