Sound Bowls produce harmonic vibrations that help the body relax, improve balance and induce deep meditative peaceful states within the body. I also will test your energy and teach you some techniques you can use at home to keep your vibration and energy high which helps you handle the challenges and stress of life like the warrior you truly are.
